Sussan is the co-founder the Equine Excellence Centre, located in Roma, Qld which uses a unique, holistic approach to horse care, management and ethical training methods to promote the wellbeing of horses. The Equine Excellence Centre specialises in addressing podiatry issues, behavioural and training problems, rehabilitation and conditioning of horses after injury as well as foundation & dressage coaching and training.

Sussan is an accredited Level 1 Coach, SSTA and Dressage Judge with Equestrian Australia and holds a Diploma in Equitation Science.

Sussan is a qualified EMMETT4Horses and Human practitioner, her equestrian coaching and training practices are complimented by the EMMETT Technique.

Sussan is an instructor for Horse Course Levels
1, 2 , 3, 4 & 5 and a tutor for EMM-Tech Human Course.
