I am letting you all know how wonderful I think the Emmett Technique and Training is.
I have been fortunate enough to have had 3 different trainers now.
I started at the beginning of the year with Linda Cause in Perth, with the view to 'Ill try this out and if its not for me then its ok ill move on'. Well I did move on right up through the levels of the Dog Course having been hooked from the word go! It has been a delight to have spent the time learning with Linda. She is very knowledgeable and is happy to give help and advice when needed, Linda's teaching style is to be commended.
Soon after I started my training with Neil Jameson also in Perth. Again trialing level 1 Horses. My background is not in horses but Classical ballet and Teaching Special Needs. My experience with horses to date with regards riding has been eventful to say the least. I am best with 2 feet on the ground. Neil was very welcoming and encouraging knowing I was a complete novice. I was also able to make connections with Neil through my training and understanding of body work as a Bowen therapist. I am now booked through to level 5 in December.
Being compelled to complete the horse course with my group of study buddies in Perth in December. I was unable to do level 4 in Perth so I flew to Peregian Beach to study with Jaqui Bratley, and Sarah Hoolihan. The group was already well established and very welcoming and inclusive to Jenny from Melbourne, and myself.
I was most impressed with the technique delivery by all instructors who follow the Emmett Technique format that has been so well designed. Due to this awesome program design I knew no matter what we were about to learn the format would be easy to follow and information easy to digest. You have done a commendable job training such lovely instructors.
Kind regards Kay Jones
